Our commitment: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed assessments, generated reports, or subscription payments. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns and will work with every customer to ensure they receive the full value of their subscription.
Due to the nature of our AI-powered advisory service, all purchases — including one-time assessment reports and monthly subscription fees — are non-refundable. Once an assessment has been completed and a report generated, the service has been delivered in full.
Subscription payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for that billing period, including any partial months of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to Mason and all platform features through the end of the period you have paid for.

We are a small business built on trust. If Mason didn't deliver value for you, we want to know about it and we will work with you directly to resolve the issue — whether that means re-running your assessment, providing additional advisory support, or another resolution appropriate to your situation.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@masongrowthos.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.

Documents generated by Mason are based on information you provide and AI-generated content. They are intended as starting templates and should be reviewed and customized for your specific operation before use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Mason's reports, recommendations, and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not apply to your specific situation. Manufacturing Growth OS makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Mason's recommendations. We strongly encourage you to validate AI-generated insights with your own judgment and qualified advisors before making significant business decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, AI systems, branding, and content, is owned by Grow Rush and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
Assessment reports generated for your company are yours to use for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or publicly distribute Mason's reports without permission.
You retain ownership of the business information and data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating your reports and improving the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manufacturing Growth OS and Grow Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In some cases, the owner of the referral link may receive compensation — such as referral fees, affiliate commissions, or revenue sharing — when you purchase, subscribe to, or apply for a recommended product, service, or funding product through a link or referral.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
